Settlement Letters

December 27, 2017

Thank you for visiting to find out more information regarding the next step in our voluntary agreement reached with government agencies nearly two years ago to address the unintended impacts of discretionary dealer compensation practices, common in the auto finance industry.

Letters are now being sent to certain Toyota Motor Credit Corporation (TMCC) customers to inform them of their potential eligibility to receive payment from the settlement fund established under the agreement. The fund is being administered by a third-party administrator appointed by the government. The administrator, in conjunction with the government agencies, also determines eligibility.

If you have questions, please contact the settlement administrator at or visit the website You also can find more information by reviewing these Frequently Asked Questions.
